This is like the workbench's Information window, except that
1) it runs concurrently with workbench---you don't lock up the
   wb qhwn you use it, and (the biggee)
2) instead of letting you the information of only one file, you
   can alter the information of any number of files, all at once.
   This is especially handy when you want to set a bunch of file's
   DefaultTool, or Protection bits, etc...


It needs 2.04 or higher.
