DESCRIPTION:

This is the Klingon(TM) accent file for Francesco Devitts
translator.library v42
It produces the sound of Klingon according to the language and writing
system by Marc Okrand, the creator of this language which is used often in
StarTrek(TM)

It may not sound exacty like it should, but it is the best that I could do
for now.

I also added the translator.library because it is freely distributable!


USAGE:

Simply click on the install-icon and follow the instructions!

Remember, you need the original Narator.device of your WB-Disk!
Should be located in devs: !

I guess this should work!

Then you can use the speak-handler to make some sounds with standard commands
like "echo" or "type".

For example: echo "Hem tlhIngan Sech 'ej maHemtaH 'e' wIHech" >SPEAK:

or           type "hamlet.txt" >SPEAK:

The above hamlet.txt is a translation of Shakespeares great work.
I have added it, because it is a neat example of the Klingon language.

Sounded nice under the narator.device of os1.3

19.4.95 (One year later!!)

I corrected the klingon-file that will sound better under the 2.x
narator.device. (The sound of "H" & "gh")
