Splitter 3.04 by Martin Schlodder.

Splits and joines files on various platforms. Compiles on most UNIX
platforms. Amiga and MSDOS binaries included. Many powerful options.
Restores the original filename and checks the size of the joined File.
Accidentally the Amiga binary in the 3.04 Distribution had the DBUG
option turned on. The 3.04a Distribution contains the correct binary,
otherwise it's unchanged.
