Short: Fate Of Elysium 8ch Synth Ambient/New Age Author: hkva2@online.no (Helge Kvalheim Uploader: hkva2 online no (Helge Kvalheim) Type: mods/8voic Requires: 68k/PPC-Amiga, AHI, all MED/OctaMED libs, latest Hippo/OctaMEDPlayer, OMSS v1.03c Architecture: generic Distribution: Aminet Fate Of Elysium @ 2019 by Helge Kvalheim aka HKvalhe ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Fate Of Elysium is a new 8-channel mixture of Synth Ambient and Progressive Ambient. My impression is that this unique track is close to what you call New Age music, if correct. This unique Ambient Amiga track is greatly inspired by the Assassin's Creed Odyssey game, with the 3 episodes of Fate Of Atlantis, whereas the first episode happened in Elysium. That's where the inspiration comes from. FATE OF ELYSIUM AS A FILE IS SIMPLY CALLED ELYSIUM AND SHOULD NOT BE MISTAKEN BY A MOVIE WITH THE SAME NAME, OR OTHER KIND OF MUSIC CALLED ELYSIUM! THIS VERSION OF "FATE OF ELYSIUM" IS COMPLETELY MY OWN! Fate Of Elysium has been fully composed by myself - Helge Kvalheim of Bergen City of Norway, using my AmigaOne 500 aka SAM460ex with OctaMED SoundStudio v1.03c and 16-bit stereo RIFF WAVE samples! Almost a week has been spent into making this track, which is the 4th for my Samplicity collection of 13 great Amiga modules. I'm really proud of the result! Fate Of Elysium uses an interesting trick with stereo panning during the first two parts of the intro. The OctaMED command for that is the Mix mode command 2Exx, moving the stereo panning from one side to another. Left to right or right to left. This is unique in many ways, giving a tune quite a deep and professional touch to it. Especially useful for Ambient music and movie-like music. In addition, as using 8-channels in Mix mode, the volume has also been boosted to 200, making the listener fully able to hear all the used instruments and sound effects in this tune! Thank you all for your support, as always ;) Ignore the haters and embrace the lovers of my music. I'm here to stay the way I want to ;) Amiga version composed by Helge Kvalheim aka HKvalhe Greatly inspired by music for Assassin's Creed Odyssey - Fate Of Atlantis
