Short: Jhead - Digicam Jpeg exif header manipulation tool Author: Matthias Wandel Uploader: goja baud de (Jens Pesek) Type: gfx/misc Version: 2.0 (03.08.2003) Requires: ixemul.library, 68020 or better Architecture: m68k-amigaos I compiled jhead for Amiga. Matthias Wandel is NOT responsible for Amiga specific bugreports! jhead is used to display and manipulate data contained in the Exif header of Jpeg images from digital cameras. By default, jhead displays the more useful camera settings from the file in a user friendly format. jhead Can also be used to manipulate some aspects of the image relating to jpeg and Exif headers, such as changing the internal timestamps, removing the thumbnail, or transferring Exif headers back into edited images after graphical editors deleted the exif header. jhead can also be used to launch other programs, similar in style to the UNIX find command, but much simpler. Included is a small script, to set the filename to the date and time, the Picture is taken. Standard Amiga patternmatching is also possible, for example: > jhead -ta +1 #?.jpg To set the date insite the files one hour forward. > exren #?.jpg renames all files ending with .jpg like this: 2003-08-03-12-49-28.jpg
