Short: WB2.04 patch for trackdisk delays. Architecture: m68k-amigaos Full Description: Quite a lot of pple reported problems under 2.04 and the fact that some drives corrupt data. From what I gather this is due to the fact that the delays for both Step and Settle are different and some marginal drives will not handle the timing correctly. TDUpdate solves this problem by allowing the user to change the delays in the public part of the TDUnit structure of trackdisk.device in V37. While we are at it we also disable the clicking. Usage: TDUpdate by itself will list the current settings for all units. TDUpdate ? will show the usage and author. TDUpdate will set the settle delay to useconds. TDUpdate will set the settle delay to useconds and the step delay to useconds.
