Short: wput 0.5 (think...the opposite of wget) Author: Hagen Fritsch (wput.sourceforge.net) Uploader: ikepgh yahoo com (IKE) Type: comm/tcp Version: 0.5 Requires: 68k Architecture: m68k-amigaos >= 3.9.0 This is a quick and dirty port of wput that I did for AmigaOS 68k. Hopefully someone may find this useful. In fact, most of the archives were uploaded to my webserver with it :-) Send email/feedback to: ikepgh@yahoo.com Thanks! IKE http://www.ezcyberspace.com/ ------------------------------------------------------------ Installation: 1. Copy the "wput" executable to wherever you want it. However, it's pretty useful if it's somewhere in your path, i.e. gg:bin/wput ------------------------------------------------------------ Running wput: wput --help (shows all options and usage) Very useful switches: -v verbose -B force binary -A force ASCII Example at the command line: wput -v -B ram:blah.gif ftp://username:password@your.server.com:21/httpdocs/images/blah.gif ------------------------------------------------------------ Known Bugs: - Has trouble handling very large files according to the authors website (like in the 2GB range...) Haven't tested it on anything but WinUAE ------------------------------------------------------------ Compiled using: WinUAE, gcc 2.95.3-4
