Short: Crater landscape, by Scenery Animator Architecture: generic OK, let me explain the pictures in this archive: The first picture is Crater.1. Crater.1 is a picture generated from the Crater Lake landscape disk and it was done with Scenery Animator V1.0. After saving the settings, I then loaded Scenery Animator 2.0. The landscape and settings were loaded in and I rendered it again. This time I used trees. The results are Crater.2. Sky BLENDing was shut off because I didn't like the way it looked on a 32 color screen. The last picture is Crater.HAM. Crater.HAM was made by rendering the scene as an IFF24 image and then turning it into a HAM using Art Department Pro (Note that BLENDing is on). I also loaded the IFF24 into DigiView4, and created the HAM, but the results were the same. For those of you who have the Crater Lake landscape disk, I have included the settings so you can duplicate the scene yourself. Aren't we lucky in the Amiga community to have programs like Vista Pro and Scenery Animator? As long as these two companies are making a similar product, we will continue to see them try to outmatch each other. We are all the beneficiaries of this, as BOTH products continue to get better (spawning more upgrades of capabilities). My money is on Scenery Animator. The rest of this file is garbage. It's just here to pad out the archive (for protection from X-Modem chopoff). Send me your comments to this. I like recieving E-Mail. Mark Raymond M.RAYMOND6
