OVERVIEW

Riktor is yet another utility for checking lottery numbers. I know there are
plenty such program already, but most of them seem to include extra features
for storing draw statics and  the  like.  I  wanted  a  simple  program  for
checking  the  numbers only with the minimum of fuss and so decided to write
my own program, here it is.

Riktor  may  be  FREELY  distributed  providing  the  original   files   and
documentation are supplied with the distribution. No more than a nominal fee
for media and/or postage/electronic transfer should be charged.
