Short:        Generate .index-Files from anim for MainActor

Syntax: index4mab path/../animation.iff

index4mab will generate a file with the suffix .index to use with MainActor-
Broadcast or MainActorView. 

                                     WHY? 

Index4MAB was made because Index4MAB is much faster as the original !
