Allows creation of new functions, and editing of defaults. - "On-line" help function with HTML primer and tutorial; full description of default functions and interface; and primer and description of macro language. - Macro language allows access to Arexx, and thus allows pseudo-WYSIWYG editing with any WWW browser that supports Arexx.
